These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MyVV app, the myvv.io website, and the MyVV sailor portal (together, the "Service"), provided by CTT Apps LLC ("MyVV", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MyVV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Virgin Voyages. We are not Virgin Voyages and do not act on its behalf.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for Virgin Voyages sailors, who must be 18 or older (Virgin Voyages is an adults-only cruise line). By using the Service you confirm you are at least 18.

2. The Service

MyVV is an independent companion that helps you view and manage your Virgin Voyages sailings — itineraries, boarding passes, voyage details, notifications, statistics, and AI port-day suggestions. MyVV is available for iPhone & iPad (distributed via Apple TestFlight during the beta) and Android (installed directly as an app/APK); some features may vary by platform. We provide the Service "as is" and may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Your account & security

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, including any sign-in codes and passkeys. Don't share your one-time sign-in codes with anyone. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. SMS / text messaging terms

Program name: MyVV Sailor Portal — account sign-in (one-time passcode) messages.

Program description: When you choose to sign in to the MyVV sailor portal by text, we send a one-time passcode (OTP) to the mobile phone number on file for your account so you can complete sign-in. These are transactional security messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Availability: SMS sign-in codes are offered for U.S. mobile numbers only. If there is no U.S. mobile number on file, we send your code by email instead.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies — you receive a one-time passcode each time you request to sign in by text.
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.

To opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS sign-in codes. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further texts; you can still sign in using email instead.

By choosing to receive sign-in codes by text, you consent to receive these transactional SMS messages at the number on file. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using MyVV — you can always sign in by email instead. For how we handle your number and consent, see our Privacy Policy; we never share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

Access accounts or data that are not yours, or attempt to defeat authentication or security controls
Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, or use automated means to abuse it
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and third-party marks), is owned by CTT Apps LLC. "Virgin Voyages" and all related names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. MyVV is an independent product; sailing information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and you should rely on Virgin Voyages' official channels for authoritative booking, boarding, and travel information. AI port suggestions are for convenience only and are not guarantees.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTT Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including missed sailings, delayed or undelivered messages, or reliance on information shown in the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CTT Apps LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be communicated in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
